Temporary Part-Time Accounts AssistantWe are currently recruiting for a temporary Part-Time Accounts Assistant on behalf of our client based in Welwyn Garden City.This is a temporary position expected to last 3-4 months. The role offers 25-30 hours per week, with flexibility around working hours. However, candidates must be available to work Monday to Friday in the office.Key ResponsibilitiesRaising and processing client invoices using XeroManaging weekly supplier paymentsCompleting and submitting weekly payroll timesheets to the payroll providerPreparing client payment plansMonitoring project profitability using Xero project tracking toolsMaintaining subcontractor payment records using ExcelIssuing client contracts and associated payment plansAssisting with the preparation of cash flow forecastsUpdating and maintaining CRM records, including tracking won and lost projects and associated profitabilityCreating and maintaining process documentation and user guidesResearching material costs and updating the estimating software systemSupporting the wider finance and administration team with ad hoc duties as requiredCandidate RequirementsProven experience using Xero accounting softwareStrong Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to manage and analyse financial dataSolid bookkeeping and accounts administration experienceExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple ..... full job details .....
