This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with bookkeeping or finance administration experience who enjoys variety, accuracy and being part of a collaborative team.Key Responsibilities:Working closely with the Finance Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of the finance function and play a key role in ensuring accounts processes run smoothly Processing purchase and sales Ledger entries accurately and efficientlyRespond to email correspondence from suppliers and customers Entering sales and purchase invoice data into QuickBooksProducing statements for accounts receivable and reconciling customers'' paymentsSetting up credit accounts for new customersLiaising with the sales team regarding queries, credits and returnsPreparing and executing agreed payment runsRequesting and reviewing trade referencesKey Skills:Proficient in using QuickBooks or similar accounting softwareExperienced in bookkeeping, especially accounts payableA Microsoft Office whizz, particularly ExcelTop-notch problem-solving abilitiesDeadline-driven and highly organisedRazor-sharp attention to detail and accuracyPersonal Profile:Professional and confident communicator, both in person and over the phoneExcellent written and verbal communication ..... full job details .....
