Accounts Assistant Part-Time Flexible Hours A well-established and growing manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Part Time Accounts Assistant to support its finance function This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong bookkeeping and accounts administration experience who is looking for flexibility alongside a varied and rewarding role.In your role at Part Time Accounts Assistant you will be working closely with the senior management team, you will support the day-to-day financial operations of the business, ensuring accurate financial records and smooth processing across accounts functions.Key ResponsibilitiesProcessing financial transactions accurately using Sage accounting softwareManaging purchase and sales ledgersAccounts payable and receivable administrationBank reconciliations and invoice processingSupporting payroll administration and VAT returnsAssisting with monthly management accounts preparationHandling customer and supplier account queriesMaintaining accurate financial documentation and recordsProviding general finance and administrative supportSkills and Experience RequiredPrevious experience within an Accounts Assistant, Bookkeeper or Finance Administrator roleStrong working knowledge of Sage accounting softwareExperience with bank reconciliations, purchase ledger and sales ledgerGood understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principlesStrong Microsoft Excel skillsExcellent attention to detail and organisational abilityProfessional ..... full job details .....
