Part-Time Accounts Assistant - 4 Days per WeekCentral London Predominantly Office Based 17- 20 per hour PAYE Temporary/ContractWe are working with an established international live music agency representing contemporary artists Based in Central London, they are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to provide hands-on support to their finance team on a part-time basis.A significant part of the role will focus on reconciliations, historic transactions and finance clean-up work. You will be working through historic financial transactions and outstanding items that have accumulated over a number of years, including following a period of business change and acquisition activity.Key responsibilitiesReview and reconcile historic financial transactions and outstanding balancesInvestigate discrepancies and resolve unreconciled or aged itemsWork through legacy transactions and help clear historic finance backlogsPerform bank and balance sheet reconciliationsReconcile supplier and customer accounts and investigate differencesSupport accounts payable and accounts receivable activitiesProcess and review invoices, payments, receipts and credit notesAllocate cash and ensure transactions are accurately recordedAssist with month-end processes, including reconciliations and journalsMaintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentationInvestigate queries relating to payments, invoices and account balancesLiaise with colleagues to obtain information needed to resolve ..... full job details .....
