This is an excellent opportunity for an organised accounting professional looking for a flexible role within a busy and supportive environment.Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will work alongside an established finance team, supporting a variety of accounting functions across multiple entities. The role is varied and requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities, particularly during busy periods.Key Responsibilities Bank reconciliationsIntercompany invoicing and reconciliationsSales and purchase ledger reconciliationsCredit card and petty cash reconciliationsPosting non-sales and non-purchase ledger bank transactionsAssisting with year-end accounts preparationProducing job costing and management reportsGeneral accounting administration and ad hoc finance duties Holiday Cover ResponsibilitiesPurchase Ledger Processing supplier invoices and credit notesPreparing and processing paymentsPosting payments to the accounting systemSetting up supplier accounts and costing codes Sales Ledger Raising sales invoices and credit notesPosting customer receiptsProcessing card paymentsMaintaining customer account ..... full job details .....
