You will be assisting with the daily running of the finance function as well as supporting other departments across the business. Your key responsibilities will be: Coding and sorting purchase invoices, posting bank payments and liaising with suppliers regarding payment dates. Updating all fixed asset registers and complete depreciation journals quarterly. Prepare rental calculations and pay all rental invoices. Raise purchase orders for all companies.
