Part-Time Accounts Assistant job in Glasgow with hybrid working Your new companyOur client is recruiting for a Part-Time Accounts Assistant to join them on a permanent basis. The organisation is looking for the Accounts Assistant to work with them for 18 hours per week, preferably over 2.5 days. Ideally, one of these working days will be a Tuesday with flexibility over the other 1.5 days worked. The organisation also offers hybrid working. When working in the office, they can be accessed easily by public transport.Your new roleReporting to the Operations Manager and working as part of a team of 5, the Accounts Assistant will undertake a range of responsibilities. The IT system used is Sage and your duties will include, but may not be limited to;•Purchase Ledger and payment runs•Sales Ledger and credit control duties•Supporting with monthly management accounts, month-end duties and bookkeeping•Payroll•Handling queries•Supporting non-financial stakeholders with financial duties•General associated finance administrationWhat you''ll need to succeedYou will have experience in a similarly varied Accounts Assistant position. Experience of payroll and experience of Sage is essential. You will be a good team player and have a positive attitude to helping others.
