Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant looking for a part-time opportunity? We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join a busy finance team in Dartford on a temporary to permanent basis.This is a fully office-based role supporting the day-to-day running of the finance function. Role: Accounts Assistant - XERO Experience RequiredLocation: Dartford (on-site parking)Hours: Part-Time Monday to Friday 9:00am - 2:00pm / 9:30am - 2:30pm 10:00am / 3:00pmStart: Monday 19th OctoberTerm: Temp to permPay: 15.00 - 16.00 per hour Key Responsibilities:Maintain and process Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger transactionsRaise customer invoices and ensure they are issued accurately and on timeManage credit control, including chasing overdue payments and resolving payment queriesPerform regular bank reconciliationsProcess receipts, expenses, and supplier invoicesUse Xero and Eworks to maintain accurate financial recordsAssist with month-end procedures and reportingReconcile accounts and investigate discrepanciesSupport the wider finance team with ad hoc administrative dutiesMaintain accurate filing and record-keeping systems About You:Previous experience using Xero Accounting SoftwareStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organisational and time management skillsConfident communication skills and a professional approachGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelAbility to manage confidential information appropriately This is an excellent ..... full job details .....
