Part Time Accounts Assistant - 15 hours a week over 3 days

Birmingham city centre

-27,000 p/a FTE - pro rata for 15 hours of work

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working with a classy, growing professional services firm based in the Birmingham city centre. Due to volume, they are looking for a Part Time Accounts Assistant to support their resident accountant with all elements of transactional finance.

Duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Day-to-day bookkeeping and processing a high volume of invoices
• General ledger and bank reconciliations
• Chasing PO numbers and matching on accountancy software
• Support with month-end and billing processes where necessary
• Ad-hoc chasing of debtors

The person:

• Vastly experienced in accounts and bookkeeping
• A strong working knowledge of SAGE and Excel
• Looking for part time work
• Ability to communicate professionally with internal colleagues
• Excellent attention to detail and a no job too small work ethic

A fantastic opportunity for a Part Time Accounts Assistant looking for something to keep them busy on 3 day a week basis in a really nice organisation.
