We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join our clients finance team. Key Responsibilities:Sales LedgerRaise invoices using SageLiaise with Customer Services and other departments to resolve invoice queriesDistribute invoices via post/email and maintain accurate filing systemsSave invoice copies to the paperless system and update job tracking recordsCredit ControlContact customers regarding due/overdue invoices and update Sage recordsIssue on-hold, overdue, and final notice letters when requiredNew Accounts and Credit LimitsPerform credit checks and set up new accounts in SageMonitor and manage credit limits, ensuring balances remain within approved thresholdsMaintain and update customer lists and share with internal teamsGeneral AdminManage and print relevant emails including pricing, remittances, and other sales ledger communicationsAbout You:Experience with Sage and basic credit control processesStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsComfortable working independently and liaising across departmentsFlexible and proactive approach to workloadIf you are interested in this exciting opportunity, and ..... full job details .....
