      <description>Location: Castleford | Salary: 13.50-13.50 Hourly | Type: Permanent | Our client requires an experienced accounts administrator with a keen eye for detail to join their well-established business. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a small team where your contribution will make a real difference, and the role will initially be temporary for 6 weeks before going permanent. The role is part time and there is flexibility around the 16 - 20 hours per week and which and how many days this is across. Duties:Processing purchase and sales invoicesMaking bank paymentsReconciling supplier statementsAnswering and directing telephone callsGeneral administration and office supportAssisting with payroll processes (training provided)Preparing documentation for Health and Safety accreditationsExperience required:Previous accounts administration experienceConfident telephone mannerGood Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and WordQuickBooks and payroll knowledge beneficial but not essentialThis role is available immediately and begins with a 6-week temporary period, with the opportunity to progress to permanent employment.</description>
