Due to continued growth and an internal promotion, we are recruiting for a Part Time Accounts Administrator to join a busy and fast-growing company in Redditch working 20 hours a week with flexible hybrid working available after training.
This client is looking for a candidate who has previously worked within a varied Accounts role
Part Time Accounts Administrator responsibilities:
- Posting all invoices and expenses including managing the company credit cards
- Handling accounts payable and receivable – dealing with suppliers and customers
- Bank reconciliations
- Posting bank statements
- Review of cash sheets and controls
- Record the financial transaction of the business
- General adhoc accounts administration duties
- Previous experience in an accounts role
- Knowledge of QuickBooks would be a distinct advantage but not essential
- Microsoft office
- Good verbal and written communication
- Organised and methodical
