Due to continued growth and an internal promotion, we are recruiting for a Part Time Accounts Administrator to join a busy and fast-growing company in Redditch working 20 hours a week with flexible hybrid working available after training.
This client is looking for a candidate who has previously worked within a varied Accounts role

Part Time Accounts Administrator responsibilities:

  • Posting all invoices and expenses including managing the company credit cards
  • Handling accounts payable and receivable – dealing with suppliers and customers
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Posting bank statements
  • Review of cash sheets and controls
  • Record the financial transaction of the business
  • General adhoc accounts administration duties
The Successful Part Time Accounts Administrator will have the following:
  • Previous experience in an accounts role
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks would be a distinct advantage but not essential
  • Microsoft office
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Organised and methodical
