This job will give you the flexibility to choose where you work from in the UK, as it s fully remote. You ll work 20 hours a week, ideally 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday. However, if you re the right person, a different work pattern will be considered. Although everyone works remotely, this team focuses on supporting each other; staying connected with Slack. They use Mac, Google Workspace and the CRM HubSpot. So this might be a chance for you to develop your software skills. The role You will play a crucial role in managing the company s financial records, processing orders and platform subscription renewals, and maintaining spreadsheets to monitor sales. You ll work alongside the Relationships and Sales teams and report to the director. What you ll be doing Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments. Managing accounts payable, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
