Key Responsibilities Xero Implementation and Management Set up and maintain the Xero accounting system VAT and Import/Export Accounting Manage VAT processes for goods purchased outside the UK Work in Progress (WIP) Accounting Track project costs and customer advances in line with WIP accounting principles Day-to-Day Transactions Oversee purchase and sales ledger invoicing, payment runs, and credit control Payroll Management Process payroll for a small team Ad Hoc Finance Tasks Support the business as needed with additional finance-related duties About You AAT Qualified or Qualified by Experience (QBE) Strong technical accounting skills with previous experience in a similar role Hands-on experience with Xero (or the ability to implement it) Knowledge of VAT for imports and exports Organised, ..... full job details .....
