This is a hands-on role offering exposure across financial reporting, analysis, and business support, working closely with both finance and operational teams.You''ll play a key role in delivering accurate financial information and insights to support decision-making, while contributing to the overall financial control and governance of the business.The RoleKey ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly management accounts with clear analysis and commentaryDeliver variance analysis to support financial performance insightsSupport month-end and year-end processes, including journals, accruals and prepaymentsComplete balance sheet reconciliations and resolve any discrepanciesSupport budgeting and forecasting processesPrepare VAT returns and support payroll processesEnsure compliance with accounting standards and internal controlsProvide financial analysis to support operational and strategic decision-makingThe Person2-3 years'' experience in an accounting role (ideally audit or manufacturing)Experience preparing management accountsStudying towards ACCA / CIMA (or equivalent)Strong Excel skills and experience working with ERP systemsAnalytical, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple prioritiesStrong communicator, comfortable working with stakeholders across the ..... full job details .....
