Part Qualified Accountant

Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced, part-qualified Management Accountant to join a well established business based in the Burgess Hill, West Sussex area. The Management Accountant will working with the FC, supporting with month end, financial analysis and monthly management account prep.

Location: Office based - Burgess Hill, West Sussex
Parking onsite

Salary: up to -40K

Management Accountant duties:

• Fixed asset reporting
• Preparation of month end balance sheet reconciliations
• Month end journals
• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Update and maintaining cash flow
• VAT compliance - VAT return, submissions etc
• Financial analysis tasks such as: the annual budget process and review, as well as ongoing monthly forecasting

Skills and experience:

• Experience working in a similar Accountant, Management Accounting role with proven financial analysis skills
• Ideally be part qualified CIMA or ACCA
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
