Part II Architectural Assistant (Remote - London based)
Job Overview An experienced Part II Architectural Assistant or newly qualified Architect is required to join a growing architectural practice working on high-end residential projects across London and Surrey. The role offers involvement across all RIBA stages, with a strong focus on design development, presentation work, and technical detailing within a remote working environment.Role and ResponsibilitiesWork across all RIBA project stagesProduce design and presentation packagesPrepare technical drawing informationCoordinate consultants and project communicationAttend meetings and support project deliveryYou will work on luxury residential and listed building projects, including full interior packages as needed. The role also includes supporting junior team members and maintaining client communication throughout project stages.Skills and Experience Required3+ years'' residential project experience in LondonStrong design and presentation abilitiesKnowledge of UK Building RegulationsConfident client-facing communication skillsProficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative SuiteExperience working independently in a remote environment is required.
