Job OverviewA Part II Architectural Assistant job in Richmond, London, supporting heritage and luxury residential projects, including work on a Grade II listed building. This permanent opportunity suits a creative architectural professional with UK heritage project experience who can support technical delivery, consultant coordination and project administration while working closely with an established design and architecture team.Role and ResponsibilitiesProduce coordinated technical packages across relevant project stagesSupport heritage and luxury residential project deliveryCoordinate with internal teams and external consultantsManage project administration accurately and independentlyPresent design information to relevant project stakeholdersSkills and Experience RequiredAt least 1 year of UK heritage project experienceHigh-end residential experience is beneficialProficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative SuiteKnowledge of UK building regulations and technical detailingStrong design, presentation and communication skillsYou should be confident managing workloads independently and coordinating multidisciplinary project teams.
