Part 2 Architect - Up to -35K (DOE) - Birmingham-

Our client is a long and-established architectural practice with several regional offices.-

Due to expansion and a newly opened studio in Birmingham, they are actively looking to recruit-an enthusiastic, confident, well organised-and committed Part II Architectural Assistant to join their-team and assist in the growth of the office.

Role & Responsibilities

• Assisting with the day-to-day delivery of projects, working in collaboration with the team.
• You must-be able to-demonstrate strong capabilities across RIBA stages 0-7.
• Assisting with the production of working drawings, schedules, specifications and building regulations information.
• Liaising with clients, contractors, consultants, local planning authorities and building control.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Must have completed RIBA Part 1 and 2.
• Demonstrate Part 1 working experience.
• Experience of working drawing packages is preferred.
• An understanding of planning and UK Building Regulations.
• Ability to use Revit.
• Experience of working collaboratively as part of a team.
• Must possess an eye for detail and design.
