Part 2 Architect - Up to 35K (DOE) - Birmingham Our client is a long and established architectural practice with several regional offices. Due to expansion and a newly opened studio in Birmingham, they are actively looking to recruit an enthusiastic, confident, well organised and committed Part II Architectural Assistant to join their team and assist in the growth of the office. Support towards Chartership and ongoing professional development Role and Responsibilities Assisting with the day-to-day delivery of projects, working in collaboration with the team. You must be able to demonstrate strong capabilities across RIBA stages 0-7. Assisting with the production of working drawings, schedules, specifications and building regulations information. Liaising with clients, contractors, consultants, local planning authorities and building control. Qualifications and Experience: Must have completed RIBA Part 1 and 2. Demonstrate Part 1 working experience. Experience of working drawing packages is preferred. An understanding of planning and UK Building Regulations. Ability to use Revit.
