The role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a friendly studio environment in a lovely location, on a varied portfolio of projects, and to be involved in design and technical work from early concept through to construction.The practice works across a range of sectors including residential, community and mixed use schemes with a focus on creating thoughtful, context responsive architecture and engaging design solutions for local and regional clients.Role and responsibilities:Support design and delivery across multiple RIBA work stagesAssist with feasibility studies, design development and planning submissionsPrepare and coordinate technical drawings and documentationCollaborate with consultants, clients and project teamsContribute to presentations, design reviews and client meetingsSupport production of construction information and tender documentationSkills and experience:RIBA Part 2 qualified (or equivalent), or recently qualified Part 3Experience in a UK architectural practiceExposure to residential, community or similar project types preferredStrong design and technical ability with attention to detailGood understanding of UK planning ..... full job details .....
