A well established architectural practice in Cardiff is looking to appoint a skilled Part 2 Architectural Assistant to support its growing team. This position is ideal for someone with solid practice experience who wants to broaden their exposure across a wider mix of projects within a collaborative studio environment. The practice works across a diverse portfolio including residential, food retail, and leisure schemes, offering the opportunity to contribute to a variety of engaging projects.

Requirements

* Part 2 qualified with some industry experience preferred
* Masters degree in Architecture
* Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning processes
* Proficient in Revit
* Good technical and detailing skills with a strong design awareness
* Excellent organisation and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities

* Assisting in project delivery across all RIBA stages
* Producing high quality drawings and technical information
* Supporting compliance with Building Regulations and planning requirements
* Coordinating with consultants and wider project teams
* Contributing to projects across residential, retail, industrial, and veterinary sectors
