Part 2 Architectural Assistant

My client, an established architectural practice in Cardiff are is looking to welcome a talented Part II Architectural Assistant to their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid post Part II experience who s ready to take on more responsibility, work across all RIBA stages, and continue developing toward Part III. You ll be joining a supportive, collaborative studio working on a diverse mix of residential and commercial projects, with plenty of scope to grow your technical, design, and project delivery skills. The Role As a Part II Architectural Assistant, you will play an active role in project development from early concept through to technical delivery. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting projects across all RIBA Stages (0 7) Preparing and developing planning proposals Producing high quality presentation material using InDesign, Photoshop, SketchUp, etc. Assisting in the preparation of detailed working drawing packages and specifications Working within a BIM environment, utilising Revit and other industry software Ensuring design work aligns with UK Building Regulations, CDM obligations and BSA requirements Collaborating with the wider team while also managing your own workload confidently About You We re looking to speak with candidates who can bring both creativity and technical capability.
