Part 2 Architectural Assistant Birmingham Up to 33,000Aztrum is working with a well-established architectural practice seeking a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join its team, contributing to a range of Commercial and Industrial projects.The successful candidate will support the delivery of projects from initial concept through to technical design, gaining exposure to all stages of the architectural process while working alongside experienced architects and technologists.Key Responsibilities for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role: Assist with the development of architectural designs across Commercial and Industrial projects.Prepare drawings, presentations and technical documentation.Support projects through RIBA Stages, from feasibility and planning through to technical design.Work collaboratively with architects, technologists, consultants and wider project teams.Assist with planning applications, building regulations and construction information.Contribute to the coordination and delivery of high-quality design solutions.Requirements for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role: Part 2 qualification in Architecture.Experience working within an architectural practice.An interest in Commercial / Industrial design and the associated technical requirements.Proficiency in relevant design software, ideally Revit.Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.A proactive approach and willingness to learn within a collaborative team.This is an excellent ..... full job details .....
