They are now looking to appoint a motivated and skilled Part 2 Architectural Assistant with housebuilding experience and the ability to run projects, assisting in the production of planning and technical design packages across a variety of residential-led developments nationwide. Key responsibilities for the Part 2 Architectural Assistant: Contribute to the design and progression of residential projects across multiple RIBA stages. Take ownership of smaller projects and support the running of larger schemes. Support and lead the preparation of documentation for planning submissions.
