They cover the South West and Southern regions with projects ranging from £500,000 to £7m.This role will see you working on new and existing buildings contributing with tender and building regulation packages. You will be attending site visits and meeting with a great mix of clients.We are keen to hear from candidates who are Part 2 accredited with good detailing skills and AutoCAD experience. You will have a good understanding of the planning systems and construction legislations. A full driving licence is required.Our client has a very low staff turnover and they have a good track record in the mentorship of Part 2''s through to chartership.
