Parliamentary andamp; Complaints Caseworker - 6 Month ContractRate: Up to £350 per dayIR35: InsideLocation: Hybrid (Government office location)The Role:A leading Central Government organisation is seeking an experienced Parliamentary andamp; Complaints Caseworker to join its Strategy, Policy andamp; Engagement team on an initial 6-month contract.This role is responsible for managing complex casework and complaints, investigating operational issues, supporting service improvement, and providing high-quality responses to parliamentary and high-profile enquiries.You will work closely with operational teams and senior stakeholders to resolve complex issues, improve user outcomes and ensure compliance with governance and statutory requirements.Experience andamp; RequirementsProven experience managing complex complaints, casework or high-profile operational issues.Experience investigating operational or digital service issues, gathering evidence and identifying root causes.Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships across multiple teams.Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends and drive service improvements.Ability to manage complex cases through to resolution while balancing competing priorities.Excellent written communication skills with experience producing high-quality correspondence, briefings and responses for senior stakeholders.Strong understanding of governance, compliance and ..... full job details .....
