Parks Engagement Co-ordinator Location: Office-based in Orpington, with frequent travel across Bromley Borough Salary: 35,000 to 37,0000 Contract Type: Permanent Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, with occasional evenings and weekends for meetings, events and volunteer daysAbout the roleAs a Parks Engagement Co-ordinator, you will have the opportunity to join our Parks Development Team in the London Borough of Bromley, undertaking a variety of responsibilities to support and manage our volunteers and community groups to keep our local parks and green spaces thriving.The core mission of this unique role is to develop, strengthen, and manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. The role also offers the exciting chance to really make an impact on the local environment - from being out in the field, working in nature with our community groups and volunteers, to creation of and contribution to fundraising and management plans in order to improve biodiversity and conservation efforts, alongside co-ordination with the local authorities and wider community.
