This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with strong knowledge of Penalty Charge Notice processing, parking legislation and customer correspondence. The role will be mostly remote , although occasional attendance at the council’s offices, meetings or tribunal hearings may be required depending on service needs. You will be responsible for investigating and responding to PCN-related correspondence, including challenges, representations and appeals. You will ensure decisions are accurate, fair and compliant with the Traffic Management Act 2004, associated legislation and relevant policies and procedures.
