Parking Representations and Appeals Officer An opportunity has arisen for a Parking Representations and Appeals Officer to join a client in North London on a contract basis. You will be responsible for investigating parking appeals and representations, enforcing PCNs (Penalty Charge Notices) where applicable and managing statutory and non-statutory complaints.The successful candidate must have previous London Tribunals / Environment and Traffic Adjudicators (ETA) appeal experience. This role requires someone with hands-on experience managing parking, bus lane and Moving Traffic appeals through to adjudication. Representation experience alone will not be sufficient. You will be responsible for preparing case summaries and evidence packs for presentation to adjudicators at London Tribunals, managing appeal cases through Northgate and uploading supporting evidence, including CCTV footage, to the relevant systems.This is a full-time contract position, so please only apply if you have specific Parking Appeals, Representations and London Tribunals / ETA experience. The rate on offer is £24 - £26 per hour, negotiable for the right candidate and dependent on experience.
