      <description>Location: Wandsworth | Salary: 35.00-35.00 Hourly | Type: Contract | Parking Policy OfficerLocation: London (Hybrid Working Available) Rate: 35 - 40 per hour Contract Length: 3 Months Initially Hours: Full TimeAbout the RoleWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Parking Policy Officer to join a local authority team in Wandsworth on an initial 3-month contract This role will focus on the design, consultation, implementation and review of parking schemes, including Controlled Parking Zones (CPZs) and Traffic Management Orders (TMOs). The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders, residents and internal teams to deliver effective parking solutions and traffic management improvements across the borough.Key ResponsibilitiesUndertake site visits and parking surveys to assess existing restrictions and identify improvements.Develop parking and traffic management proposals.Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings for consultation and Traffic Management Order advertisements.Assist in the preparation and progression of Traffic Management Orders (TMOs).Support the delivery, monitoring and review of parking schemes and CPZ projects.Prepare technical reports, consultation documents and correspondence.Attend meetings with residents, councillors and...</description>
