You will be responsible for investigating parking appeals and representations, enforcing PCN''s (penalty charge notices) where applicable and managing statutory and non-statutory complaints. Other duties include handling telephone queries, carrying out site visits, providing specialist parking advice and assisting the parking enforcement contractor with any issues or problems. This is a full-time contract position so please only apply if you have Parking Appeals and Representations experience. The rate on offer is £25 - £27 per hour - negotiable for the right candidate and dependant on experience. Flexible working arrangements are available alongside home working opportunities.
