You''ll help keep parks and open spaces safe, clean and welcoming for everyone who uses them. What you''ll be doing: Patrolling parks, cemeteries and open spaces to identify and tackle anti-social behaviour, including drinking, littering, graffiti, fly-tipping and dog fouling Enforcing council bye-laws, dog control orders, the litter code and alcohol bye-laws, including issuing warning notices and fixed penalties Investigating complaints, gathering evidence and writing reports that may be used in court Working alongside partner agencies, particularly the PSNI, including at events and key periods Locking up and securing park buildings and properties Carrying out inspections of playgrounds, paths, lighting and park furniture, and making areas safe Welcoming park users and working with community grou...
