Parish Operations Manager

As Operations Manager you will oversee the parish''s resources: people, buildings, IT, and finances, developing systems and structures that are effective, flexible, and culturally responsive. PURPOSE: To work collaboratively with the Vicar, Wardens, PCC (church council), staff and congregation, supporting St Barnabas with Christ''s Chapel as we live out our vision and implement our Mission Action Plan (MAP). To help nurture a staff and volunteer culture rooted in mutual respect, honest communication and shared responsibility, supporting healthy rhythms of work and life.
