Parenting and School Readiness Practitioner

As a Parenting and School Readiness Practitioner, you''ll support children, young people and families aged 0-19 (up to 25 with SEND).In this role, you will:Lead parenting and school readiness programmes and sessions, including groups, workshops, drop-ins and one-to-one supportBuild positive, trusting relationships with parents and carersWork as part of a supportive Family Hub teamWork with partner services to help families get the support they need at the right timeThis role is based across Sandwell Family Hubs. You will need to work flexibly across different locations.
