Paraplanning Team Leader

I''m currently working with a growing financial planning firm in Birmingham that is looking to appoint a Technical Paraplanning Team Leader.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner with strong technical expertise who is looking to play a key role within the business. Whilst the position includes responsibility for leading a small team, the firm''s priority is finding someone with the technical capability to act as a subject matter expert and support both Paraplanners and Advisers across complex financial planning cases.You will oversee a team of two Paraplanners whilst also providing technical guidance to three Trainee Advisers.
