Job Title: Head of Paraplanning
Salary: £50,000+

• Lead the paraplanning function and manage the team
• Oversee preparation of suitability reports and annual financial reviews
• Ensure compliance documentation is recorded and maintained
• Support transition from Xplan to Curo
• Deliver consistently high-quality work while managing multiple priorities

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent)
• Experience preparing Suitability Reports and annual financial reviews
• Knowledge of compliance document recording and oversight
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Proven management experience with ability to motivate and lead a team
• Team-oriented approach with ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

• Salary of £50,000+
• 1 day per week working from home
