Paraplanner/Trainee Financial Adviser

We are currently recruiting for a Financial Planning practice in Chingford who are looking for a Paraplanner wo is looking to move into a Financial Adviser to join their team. They are looking for someone who is ready to take that next step into Financial Advice. Must be Level 4 qualified. PurposeTo provide financial planning reports for clients following adviser client meetingsTo support the advisers with pre-meeting client review information and post meeting review letters and ensure all agreed action is carried out by support staffMain functionsPrepare and collate the pre-meeting packs for client reviews including portfolio valuations provided by the portfolio analystTo write-up comprehensive financial planning reports as agreed with adviserObtain KFIs, product information and provider application forms for adviser for new businessTo deal with client enquiries and respond in a professional and courteous mannerTo maintain and update client information on back office systemsDetailed tasks and requirementsProvision of technical financial planning reports for clients using our templated report as a guide having agreed the key objectives, plan and recommendations with the adviser following the client meetingWrite client letters relating to the annual reviews that are conducted by the adviser with a summary of the clients financial situation, agreed actions relating to the portfolio and any further planning or arrangements to be undertakenMake appointments with clients for ..... full job details .....
