This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner who has progressed into a team leader, mentoring or management position and is looking for a role with genuine responsibility for people, performance and technical quality. The role You will lead a team of approximately 16 Paraplanners across multiple locations, with the majority based in Bristol. You will be responsible for coaching and developing the team, managing workloads and ensuring high standards of quality and service are maintained. Importantly, this is a hands-on leadership role, so a strong Paraplanning background is essential.
