Paraplanner - Route to Manager or IFA Hitchin / Stevenage Up to £45,000 Hybrid Excellent Benefits Are you an experienced Paraplanner looking for a long-term opportunity with an established and successful Independent Financial Advisory firm. We are working with a well-established IFA firm in the Hitchin / Stevenage area that is looking to appoint an experienced Paraplanner to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background within the IFA environment who enjoys the technical and analytical side of financial planning and is looking to build a long-term career within a supportive team. The Role You will work closely with Financial Advisers and the wider support team, providing high-quality technical and administrative support across a broad range of financial planning cases. The role will include: Preparing high-quality suitability reports and financial planning recommendations Conducting research and analysing financial products and investments Preparing cash-flow and financial planning analysis Completing product and investment research Preparing illustrations and supporting documentation Working closely with Advisers from initial client meeting through to implementation Liaising with providers, platforms and other third parties Ensuring client files and documentation meet regulatory requirements Supporting the delivery of excellent client outcomes Using technology and AI tools to improve efficiency and enhance the paraplanning ..... full job details .....
