Job Title: Senior Technical ParaplannerIndustry: Financial PlanningLocation: SheffieldSalary: £35,000 - £55,000Job Reference: 10427Job Description:Recruit UK are working with a highly regarded Financial Planning firm who are looking to appoint a Senior Technical Paraplanner to join their growing team.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and technically strong Paraplanner looking to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will become the technical lead within the business, taking ownership of all technical output, supporting the development of advice strategies, and mentoring the wider technical support team.Working closely with the Advice and Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of advice delivery, technical compliance, and client outcomes across the business.Duties will include but not be limited to:• Acting as the technical specialist and first point of contact for complex planning queries• Reviewing and checking suitability reports to ensure quality and compliance standards are met• Coaching, mentoring and developing less experienced team members• Conducting technical research and analysis across pensions, investments, tax planning and protection• Undertaking calculations including Pension Contributions, CGT, Income Tax and IHT• Producing client suitability reports, recommendations and presentation documents• Supporting the development and implementation of financial planning strategies• ..... full job details .....
