What You ll Bring Proven experience as a Paraplanner within financial planning or wealth management. Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning. A strong grasp of pensions, investments, and tax-efficient strategies. Excellent report writing skills and the ability to present complex information clearly. Confidence with cash flow modelling tools, CRM systems, and financial research platforms. A collaborative, proactive approach and meticulous attention to detail.
