Paraplanner

We are currently looking for a Paraplanner to join our clients, a highly successful and expanding practice in the Chester area.Our clients offer excellent career progression in a professional and friendly working environment, where you will work alongside a team of paraplanners. The successful candidate will need to have experience in providing technical support in a Financial Planning firm.The successful Paraplanner will be offered:Basic Salary ranging from £40,000 - £45,000Study material/Exams paid and study leave providedStaff eventsGreat Training and Progression OpportunitiesAnnual Pay Review25 days holiday + bank holidays9 - 5.30 Monday to Friday with flexible working hours where required.To be considered for the Paraplanner role you must have:Previous experience working within an IFA practiceOrganised and methodical with excellent attention to detailAbility to prioritise, meet targets and deadlinesEffective communication skills both written and verbalStrong analytical and numerical skillsStrong IT skills, specifically in Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookResponsibilities for the role of Paraplanner:Preparing analysis of the client''s existing portfolioProvision of technical support to AdvisersCompleting calculations (i.e., income tax, IHT, Capital Gains Tax, Lifetime Allowance, PensionWorking closely with the Adviser to research and formulate appropriate advicePreparation of Recommendation Reports and supplementary documentationAdherence to compliance procedures, core ..... full job details .....
