FindCore are thrilled to be assisting an award-winning financial planning firm with the recruitment of a Paraplanner. Permanent, full-time position based in Boston Spa, Wetherby, with free on-site parking. Salary Fully negotiable, depending on experience + bonus of up to 15% of salary Key Responsibilities Provide technical paraplanning support to Financial Planners. Carry out research and analysis based on individual client needs and objectives. Prepare Financial Plans and Suitability Reports. Collate supporting documentation for recommendations and provider selection. Attend client meetings where required, taking notes and following up on agreed actions. Manage workflows, tasks and case progression. Ensure all work meets compliance, risk and quality standards. Liaise with clients and providers regarding technical queries and ongoing cases. Skills and Experience Minimum 18 months'' experience within a Paraplanner or similar financial planning role. Level 4 Diploma qualification or higher. Good understanding of the financial planning process and associated compliance requirements. Strong report-writing, research and analytical skills. Good technical knowledge across financial planning products, particularly pensions. Comfortable working with financial planning, modelling and back-office software. Experience supporting high-net-worth clients would be advantageous. Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail.
