And it also comes with 4 x DIS, pension, 25 days holiday and support with further exams. THE JOB You''ll join an established team of four paraplanners, replacing someone who is retiring. It''s a slick operation so you''ll walk into an efficient, supportive team. The work is what you''d expect: research, analysis and suitability reports around pensions, investments, IHT/estate planning and helping experienced advisers put good advice together properly. They use Xplan, FE Analytics, EV, Selectapension and iPipeline, alongside platforms including AJ Bell, Quilter, FundsNetwork, Elevate and Prudential.
