The wider business has been in the region since 1981, with its financial planning arm established in 2015. The firm is directly authorised by the FCA, whole of market, chartered-led, and pointedly not being built to sell to a consolidator. The paraplanning team is growing because people are progressing: into compliance, into advice, up the ladder. That has opened a paraplanner role. They care about what you have done, not just what you have passed. Who this is for You are already doing paraplanning work and want to make the step properly. You may currently be titled trainee paraplanner, or you may have come up through IFA client administration and be picking up more of the technical work each month. You may have an RO exam or two, or none yet. Or you have years of paraplanning behind you, you know the work inside out, and you never finished the Level 4, or exams are not the direction you want to go.
