Advancing People are working with a well-established financial planning practice who are looking to recruit an experienced Paraplanner to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner looking to join a professional and client-focused financial planning environment on a remote basis with occasional travel.

The Role

As a Paraplanner, you will provide high-quality technical and administrative support throughout the financial advice process, helping to develop and deliver appropriate financial planning solutions for clients.

You will work closely with the financial adviser and wider practice team, taking responsibility for producing accurate, compliant and client-focused documentation.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Fully analyse client requirements and accurately record client information.
• Research and analyse financial products in line with client objectives.
• Construct financial planning solutions across investment, retirement, tax and estate planning.
• Produce financial models, illustrations, reports and supporting documentation.
• Prepare detailed suitability reports and take responsibility for client files throughout the advice process.
• Prepare ongoing advice reviews and investment performance reviews.
• Ensure a consistently high standard of client service and attention to detail.

You will ideally have:

• Experience in an SJP Paraplanning role.
• Previous experience working within the James''s Place environment.
• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning / PFS qualification, or be actively working towards
• Experience across Pension Transfers, Inheritance Tax (IHT) and Investment products.
• Up-to-date knowledge of relevant financial services regulation and legislation.
• Experience with SOFI and Tweed would be advantageous.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Experience producing suitability letters and client-facing documentation.
• Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with third parties.
• A positive, professional and client-focused approach.

This is a full-time permanent position offering an annual basic salary of up to -45,000 + attractive company benefits

Remote role with occasional Travel.
