Healthii People are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Paramedic Practitioner to join a high-performing, innovative GP practice in a thriving community setting. We''re looking for a confident, autonomous clinician who can support both acute and chronic case management-delivered through clinic-based assessments and home visits.
We particularly welcome applicants with minor illness, triage, or non-medical prescribing training who are confident in delivering minor illness clinics and supporting triage systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as first point of contact for undiagnosed presentations alongside the Duty Doctor
- Undertake clinical assessments in-practice and via home visits
- Order and interpret diagnostic investigations
- Refer or discharge patients as appropriate
- Work closely with the wider MDT to ensure holistic patient care
- Uphold HCPC, DoH, and College of Paramedics standards
- Contribute to clinical governance and service quality improvement
What We''re Looking For
- Registered Paramedic with experience in primary or urgent care
- Strong clinical assessment and autonomous decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and team collaboration

- V300 Non-Medical Prescribing
