Paralegal Supervisor - Real Estate Location: Sheffield, Manchester, Edinburgh or GlasgowSalary: up to £51,200 per annumJob Type: PermanentHybrid: 3 days office / 2 days home We are working with a leading international law firm seeking an experienced Paralegal Supervisor to join its Legal Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong Real Estate experience who is looking to combine their technical knowledge with people management and team leadership. The Role You will supervise a team of Paralegals and Senior Paralegals supporting a major client across a high-volume portfolio of real estate transactions. Key responsibilities will include: Managing and allocating incoming work across the team. Providing day-to-day guidance and support on Real Estate matters. Reviewing work to ensure consistently high standards and accuracy. Managing workflow, deadlines, trackers and matter management systems. Coaching and developing Paralegals and Senior Paralegals. Supporting onboarding, performance reviews and ongoing development. Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients. Supporting utilisation, time recording and WIP management. About You Minimum 2 years'' Real Estate experience within a commercial law firm or in-house legal environment. Previous supervisory/team management experience is essential.
