Conveyancing ParalegalAberdeen City Centre Permanent Full-Time Monday to Friday Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 Search Consultancy are delighted to be partnering with a well-established and highly respected Law Firm in Aberdeen to recruit a Conveyancing Paralegal on a permanent, full-time basis.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join a busy and successful Property team, managing their own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions while delivering exceptional client service throughout the property purchase and sale process.Key Responsibilities:Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from inception through to completionDrafting and reviewing conveyancing documentation including dispositions, standard securities and registration formsConducting title examinations and property searchesPreparing completion statements and handling settlement transactionsLiaising with clients, lenders, solicitors, estate agents and other third parties throughout transactionsRegistering title deeds with Registers of ScotlandEnsuring all files are maintained accurately and in line with regulatory requirementsProviding updates and legal guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing processSupporting solicitors within the department as requiredSkills and Experience Required:Previous experience working as a Conveyancing Paralegal within a Scottish legal firmStrong knowledge of Scottish residential conveyancing procedures and ..... full job details .....
